    NYOGONDEMESOBA est une coopérative d’épargne et de crédit toutes opérant à Bamako. La première coopérative, agréée par décision N°06 0109/MEF-SG du 26 décembre 2006 et située sur la rive gauche du fleuve Niger à Bamako, a démarré ses activités en 2007. La deuxième, agréée par décision N°08 0126. /MF-SG du 09 décembre 2008, est opérationnelle sur la rive droite depuis 2008.Chacune de ces coopératives est dirigée par trois (3) organes dont les membres sont élus par une assemblée générale :

    Le Conseil d’administration (7 membres)

    Le Comité de crédit (3 membres)

    Le Conseil de surveillance (3 membres)
